According to Taiwan Province County Town organization regulation that was issue in January 1946, founded Ban Ciao Town office, set one warden, and one depute warden, assistant warden to take care of most administrative affairs in town. Under this structure there’s general affairs, economy and finance three sectors, in every sector set one director. In 1947, followed the new instruction changed it to civil administrative, financial and culture 4 sectors, each sector set one director. In addition one secretary general to take care general affairs issue. In 1948, set up a census register office to deal with military administration issue, also had increased armory military troop, set one deputy team lead.
